Ah @devnexen Thanks for merging this. Unfortunately the order of PCNTL in NEWS should be alphabetically(i.e. it should be placed after OpenSSL) can you please submit a simple commit to fix this? Thank you! |

Don't sure if this requires a RFC. I think with the TODO message this could be a decided behavior.
