Updates the submodule bump checklist in
AGENTS.md(symlinked asCLAUDE.md) to separate mechanical bump work from docs review:.sources/VERSIONS, note in PR descriptionIncludes a follow-up issue body template so the reviewing agent knows exactly what to look for: changed/removed APIs, new undocumented APIs, cross-SDK gaps, and version numbers.
