Summary

Updates the submodule bump checklist in AGENTS.md (symlinked as CLAUDE.md) to separate mechanical bump work from docs review:

  • The bump PR is now purely mechanical: update submodule ref, apply synced file copies, update .sources/VERSIONS, note in PR description
  • A follow-up GitHub issue is always opened after every bump, giving a dedicated reviewing agent full context (old/new version, changelog summary) to sweep all affected docs pages thoroughly

Includes a follow-up issue body template so the reviewing agent knows exactly what to look for: changed/removed APIs, new undocumented APIs, cross-SDK gaps, and version numbers.

Closes #192
