为什么提交这份PR (why to submit this PR)

因为stm32f103-100ask-mini bsp编译后ROM占用超过了stm32f103c8t6的flash大小

你的解决方案是什么 (what is your solution)

1. 修改stm32f103-100ask-mini bsp gcc链接脚本中错误的ROM大小，从128KB改为64KB；
2. 在menuconfig中关闭软件定时器线程；
3. 在menuconfig中关闭DFS。

请提供验证的bsp和config (provide the config and bsp)

• .config:CONFIG_RT_USING_TIMER_SOFT CONFIG_RT_USING_DFS

• action:本次PR仅修改GCC链接脚本、关闭软件定时器和DFS，不涉及手动分发编译。已在本地使用 arm-none-eabi-gcc 完成编译验证，编译结果符合预期（ROM占用59916字节，RAM占用6696字节）。由于Fork仓库未配置自托管runner，CI无法自动执行，如需要可补测。
