Missing projects in Unity Launcher

Right now, I see projects in 'Unity Hub' that aren't visible in 'Unity Launcher'. Is this expected?
The possible peculiarities of these missing projects are that I recently converted them to the latest version of Unity 6000.4.5.f1, after installing 'Unity Launcher'.

Yes, sometime ago unity stopped saving recent projects in Registry,
so probably they are saved in this json file:
