Both pydantic and pycroscope were broken by the sentinel changes.

Pydantic:

@Viicos any suggestions? I guess you can't change this in pydantic itself yet because we haven't released pickle support.

Pycroscope is testing the repr argument's deprecation, but isn't expecting a runtime DeprecationWarning. I'll fix.
