[Docs] Sidebar misalignment when navigating release versions

Current State

When navigating between release versions, the left and right sidebars move up and become misaligned. The layout looks broken.

Desired State

The sidebars should stay in the correct position and remain properly aligned when switching between release versions. The layout should look consistent.
